          Generally, we 
            use UPS or FedEx¨ to ship all but oversized items within the 48 Continental 
            States. The cost of standard shipping for items that can be sent via 
            UPS or FedEx® is determined using a sliding scale based on the 
            dollar value of your order and is indicated in your Shopping Cart 
            when you check out. The cost of shipping for oversized items, such 
            as furniture, will be communicated to you either by telephone or e-mail 
            before you order is finalized. For these purchases please see the

          White Glove delivery 
            service is available in most areas of the 48 Continental States. The 
            truck driver will carry the merchandise inside and set it up, as long 
            as set-up does not exceed an allotted time. The driver will also carry 
            away cartons and other large packing materials.

          We sell only 
            quality products from artisans and manufacturers who package carefully 
            to prevent damage during shipping.But occasionally you may receive 
            an item with a defect or shipping damage. 
          For this reason, 
            it is important you make a thorough inspection as soon as the item 
            arrives. If possible, make note of the damage or defect on the Bill 
            of Lading and contact At The Cabin 
            immediately. We can take responsibility for repair or replacement 
            only if you contact us in writing by fax or email within 24 hours 
            of delivery. 
          We will make 
            arrangements to replace, repair or return the merchandise. We assume 
            full responsibility for any item that is defective or damaged when 
            you remove it from the packing carton. All other defects are subject 
            to the manufacturer's warranty.

          You must be present 
            to sign for your order and to inspect within 24 hours of receipt. 
            
          You will be charged 
            for additional shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and all items are not 
            available for shipment to these states. We currently cannot ship to 
            Puerto Rico or outside the U.S. 
          If your home 
            is in a remote area, you may have a limited delivery schedule. Contact 
            us to determine if you are subject to remote or limited delivery. 
            
          Please be aware 
            that you will be charged a rehanding fee of 15% of the purchase price 
            if the item is returned to us for any of these reasons: 
          
            - No one was 
              available to sign for it, 
- Someone at 
              your home refused the package, 
- You moved 
              without notifying us, or 
- You gave us 
              an incorrect shipping address on the order form.
